I LOVE NUTELLA! I grew up in France and in Germany and this is probably something that I ate every. single. day. without fail! It's delicious, if you haven't tried it, go to the store and get some, it's good on ANYTHING! Trust me!<br />
In my house I often make <a href="http://lapatisseriejessica.blogspot.com/2010/02/peanut-butter-chocolate-chip-cookies.html">peanut butter chocolate chip cookies</a>, and my husband suggested I try making Nutella cookies, what a great idea! So I tried and they are amazing and SO easy to make!<br />
<br />
You'll need:<br />
<br />
1/2 cup butter<br />
1/2 cup white sugar<br />
1/2 cup brown sugar<br />
1/2 cup Nutella<br />
1 egg<br />
1/2 tsp baking soda<br />
1/2 tsp baking powder<br />
1/4 tsp salt<br />
1 1/2 cups flour<br />
1 cup chocolate chips (these are optional, and if you're like me you'll use bitter sweet!)<br />
<br />
First cream the butter, Nutella, and sugars. Then mix in the egg. Mix the baking soda, powder, salt and flour and then add that mixture to the butter mixture. Stir in the chocolate chips! And voila! That's it!<br />
<br />
Make 1 inch balls or scoops, what ever you like... :D<br />
<br />
Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes, cool for about 5 minutes on the cookie sheet and then ...<br />
<br />
<div style="text-align: center;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;">Enjoy!</span></div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-85690423706797466632012-01-11T10:57:00.000-08:002012-01-11T11:54:27.040-08:00Yogurt<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4mKGDcNSZPBhIUFSXqrkQTnvCYXljXyA4OyWo0nR2fX5_PYxp6OH3TfC8bo43k3Bc2twwXikSMLDCo2gYRzv67IkxWpxKOZ3QPHU_6ty8V826qFf_5gExbL9N0MBGjUfcGPYB3Xqt8vx5/s1600/Yogurt.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEi4mKGDcNSZPBhIUFSXqrkQTnvCYXljXyA4OyWo0nR2fX5_PYxp6OH3TfC8bo43k3Bc2twwXikSMLDCo2gYRzv67IkxWpxKOZ3QPHU_6ty8V826qFf_5gExbL9N0MBGjUfcGPYB3Xqt8vx5/s320/Yogurt.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<br />
Alright, making your own yogurt is SO easy I can't believe I didn't know about this sooner! (This makes about 64oz).<br />
<br />
Here's what you need:<br />
<br />
<ul>
<li>1 gallon of milk</li>
<li>1 cup of yogurt (with live active cultures) this is your starter</li>
</ul>
<div>
optional:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>1/2 (or 1 cup) sugar</li>
<li>1 tsp Vanilla extract</li>
</ul>
<div>
The tools you need:</div>
<div>
<ul>
<li>big sauce pan</li>
<li>thermometer (I use my candy thermometer)</li>
<li>Crockpot, or big glass bowl, or big casserole dish</li>
<li>strainer</li>
<li>dish towel</li>
</ul>
</div>
<div>
So what you do is put your <b>milk</b> in a big sauce pan (if you want sweeter yogurt this is when you would add the sugar) and have it on medium high heat and when it starts foaming turn it to medium low until the milk reaches<b> 180</b> degrees. </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Then cook it at 180 for 10 minutes. </div>
</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Take it off the heat and let it cool to <b>110</b> degrees. This takes about 45 minutes (it depends on the temperature of your house).</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Then in your crockpot or glass bowl or casserole dish beat the yogurt (the starter or store bought yogurt). Here you can add Vanilla if you want (or even almond extract). Then slowly beat in your warm milk a little bit at a time.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Then cover with plastic wrap or a lid if you have one. Place in your oven (I leave the light on to provide a little bit of warmth) and if you're using casserole dish or glass bowl wrap in a towel or blanket.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Leave in the oven for 15- 20 hours.</div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Take it out of the oven and place a damp dish towel over your strainer and let the yogurt strain for 1-3 hours (3 hours for Greek style yogurt). Then put in a container and refrigerate! </div>
<div>
<br /></div>
<div>
Keep a cup in a separate container so that you can have a starter for the next time you make yogurt.</div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-54085653433188862472011-12-17T19:00:00.000-08:002011-12-17T19:00:37.631-08:00Peanut Butter Cream Pie<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">This is so delicious. When I was pregnant, I craved chocolate and peanut butter, so I came up with this idea and it's SO GOOD! Hope you enjoy as well!</span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>First make the crust:</b></span><br />

<br />
<ul>
<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">15 oreo cookies</span></li>

<li><span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)</span></li>
</ul>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;">put all these threw your blender and press onto the bottom of a 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 for about 12-15 minutes.</span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><br /></span></div>
<div>
<span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"><b>Then the filling:</b></span></div>
<div>

Then add the egg yolks one at a time.<br /><br />In a blender blend the 2 cups flour, 1/2 cocoa, salt and 1 1/2 tsp baking soda.<br /><br />Slowly add the flour mixture and the cold water to the butter mixture alternately.<br /><br />In a clean bowl beat the egg whites till stiff peaks form, then slowly add the 3/4 cup sugar to that.<br /><br />Fold the beaten egg whites into the badder.<br /><br />Bake in two 9 inch pans @ 350 for about 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool.<br /><br />For the frosting:<br /><br />Beat the egg, stir in milk, sugar, and butter. Cook over medium heat until thick and bubbly, make sure to stir constantly.<br /><br />Stir in the coconut and pecans. Cool and then spread on first cake, put the second cake on top of first cake and then cover as well.<br /><br />Personally I like this cake in the fridge over night and then eaten cold the next day.Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-91733935202250799602010-06-15T08:51:00.000-07:002010-06-15T09:28:23.162-07:00Darkest Chocolate Crepe Cake (aka Ashley Cake)<div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIQocLEqQfjR00E8F6LsUaTnTFzeX0nN47sDLdCVArMm4bvmHWn14eWBtIuSUaJqXeGM2F-f8XmgVXYtmCaky3HI5xxqNsPgakxXAfZr74c8yqO_VLcirXGJ4SRauJfKqce0kTu6Ig7tSh/s1600/DSCN5033.JPG"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 320px; height: 240px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiIQocLEqQfjR00E8F6LsUaTnTFzeX0nN47sDLdCVArMm4bvmHWn14eWBtIuSUaJqXeGM2F-f8XmgVXYtmCaky3HI5xxqNsPgakxXAfZr74c8yqO_VLcirXGJ4SRauJfKqce0kTu6Ig7tSh/s320/DSCN5033.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5483037971379165506" border="0" /></a><br /></div><div style="text-align: center;"><br /></div>So this cake was supposed to be like Martha Steward's "Darkest chocolate Crepe Cake" but along the way I decided that Martha Steward and I are not friends, and I don't think we'll be friends any time soon. So this definitely has a Jessica touch to it. While making it I just could not stop thinking about my sister Ashley, hence I think this cake should be called the "Ashley Cake". All her favorite things in one place, Yum!<br /><br />So there are <span style="font-size:180%;">4</span> main parts to making this cake, and I'm not going to lie, it might be hard and confusing and very time consuming.<br /><br /><span style="font-size:180%;">PART I</span> making the crepes<br /><br />You'll need:<br /><ul><li>3/4 cups butter (cut it up into 2 Tbsp pieces)<br /></li><li>1/4 cup water<br /></li><li>8 oz semi sweet chocolate</li><li>1 1/2 cups flour</li><li>1/3 cup sugar</li><li>dash salt</li><li>2 1/2 cups milk (I used whole milk, 2% could work just as well)</li><li>6 large eggs</li><li>1 Tbsp vanilla</li></ul>bring the 1/4 cup of water to a boil in a medium sauce pan and then add the butter one piece at a time. Once all the butter is melted remove from heat and add the 8 pz of chocolate. let cool.<br /><br />in a bowl mix the flour, sugar, salt. in a separate bowl whisk together milk, eggs and vanilla. Slowly add the wet to the dry mixture. Then add the chocolate mixture until smooth. You'll need to drain the mixture. (A bit dry, so I use less flour than in the original recipe)<br /><br />You'll need:<br /><ul><li>1 cup of butter (2 sticks or 8 oz) of butter</li><li>1 cup sugar</li><li>1 Tbsp Vanilla</li><li>5 Eggs</li><li>1 3/4 cups of flour</li><li>2 1/4 tsp baking powder</li><li>2/3 cups milk</li></ul><ul><li>4 Tbsp baking cocoa</li><li>2 Tbsp sugar</li><li>3 Tbsp Milk</li></ul>cream the 1 cup butter with the 1 cup sugar and 1 Tbsp vanilla. Then add the 5 eggs one at a time. Add the flour and baking powder and 2/3 cup milk.<br /><br />Put 1/2 the dough in a bread pan or in a bunt pan.<br /><br />Then add the cocoa, sugar and milk to the remaining dough.<br /><br />Layer this cocoa dough over the vanilla dough.<br /><br />Take a fork or a knife and stab the cake so that you are pushing down the chocolate dough. DO this about every 2 inches.<br /><br />Bake @ 350 for 35-45 minutes. When you test it with a tooth pick it should come out mostly clean (no all the way clean or it'll be too dry).<br /><br />Let cool for about 15 minutes.<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:180%;">Enjoy!</span><br /></div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-49729587473386157172010-05-18T11:56:00.000-07:002010-05-18T12:05:24.829-07:00Chocolate Chip Cheesecake<div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9tYJUxKyGehEvyq2Aozv9txUcH0HPWQuzCNVnierfUibKfncpXLkdn4RqEFs42p2IpcK4ZXNbALF4iMEacDmo0vWvkddBfmxJLnMI_QuclPcNxrpFGTBjR8uoJnnNX4zwiyA2dmidjsEA/s1600/DSCN4820.JPG"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 104px; height: 78px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEh9tYJUxKyGehEvyq2Aozv9txUcH0HPWQuzCNVnierfUibKfncpXLkdn4RqEFs42p2IpcK4ZXNbALF4iMEacDmo0vWvkddBfmxJLnMI_QuclPcNxrpFGTBjR8uoJnnNX4zwiyA2dmidjsEA/s320/DSCN4820.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5472686400537009522" border="0" /></a><br /></div>For the crust you'll need:<br /><ul><li>16 crushed oreos</li><li>2 tbsp butter melted</li><li>1 cup chocolate chips</li></ul><span style="font-size:85%;">or you can make this crust:<br /></span><ul><li><span style="font-size:85%;">3/4 cups of flower</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">6 Tbsp butter</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">3 Tbsp sugar</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">1 egg yolk</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">1 tsp lemon zest</span></li><li><span style="font-size:85%;">1 cup chocolate chips<br /></span></li></ul>Either crust is fine..... I made it for lunch today and we ate it all and I didn't have time to take a picture... So next time I make it, I'll have to make sure to take a picture! You'll need:<br /><ul><li>4 cups flour</li><li>1 Tbsp salt</li><li>1 Tbsp sugar</li><li>2 1/2 tsp instant yeast</li><li>1 1/4 cups warm water</li></ul>In you kitchen mixer mix about 1 cup of flour with the salt and instant yeast.<br /><br />In a little bowl mix the warm water and the sugar.<br /><br />Add the water mixture to the flour mixture. Let mix for about 4-5 minutes on medium speed.<br /><br />About 1/2 cup at a time add the remaining flour. Once it's mixed let stand in the mixer for about 15 minutes. Then take it out and knead it by hand for about 2-3 minutes. Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover it for 1 hour or until the dough is doubled.<br /><br />Then take the dough and shape it into a disk and put it back in the bowl covered in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator over night (about 12 hours).<br /><br />Then put the dough on your kitchen counter, cut it into two pieces and cover with a clean dish towel and let stand (proof) for about and hour. Then shape them.. Here's a video i found to be useful...<br /></div></div><br /><br /><object height="385" width="480"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/pdWX-LgpqGM&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0xcc2550&color2=0xe87a9f"><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/pdWX-LgpqGM&hl=en_US&fs=1&color1=0xcc2550&color2=0xe87a9f" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" height="385" width="480"></embed></object><br /><br />Then preheat your oven to 500 degrees.<br /><br />Put the desired toppings on your pizzas and then bake them for about 4-6 minutes (until cheese is golden)<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:180%;">ENJOY!</span><br /><div style="text-align: left;">ps: you can also use this recipe to make bread sticks. You just shape into sticks instead of pizza... They are so good!<br /></div></div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-10786971102740710342010-05-11T11:40:00.001-07:002010-05-11T12:04:18.304-07:00Double Chocolate Chip Cookies<div style="text-align: center;"><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRIzvU6K6csKaim9AwFdSpeujFbUQ4jJ4aR9nMv5M_Ce_rAX_1RYG-CuZogUOPG-2D1x6Z_Ui2oWqYIy7xdKcfksVJUJyi_F716ePuLhCVWU2-Hx99gpL0NPi0DHqtr6c_u_45P2UTFwSi/s1600/DSCN4807.JPG"><img style="cursor: pointer; width: 206px; height: 155px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjRIzvU6K6csKaim9AwFdSpeujFbUQ4jJ4aR9nMv5M_Ce_rAX_1RYG-CuZogUOPG-2D1x6Z_Ui2oWqYIy7xdKcfksVJUJyi_F716ePuLhCVWU2-Hx99gpL0NPi0DHqtr6c_u_45P2UTFwSi/s320/DSCN4807.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5470085070002765938" border="0" /></a><br /></div>These are so delicious and to be enjoyed with a tall glass of cold milk!<br /><br />You'll need:<br /><ul><li>1 cup butter</li><li>1/2 cup white sugar</li><li>1 cup brown sugar</li><li>2 eggs</li><li>1 Tbsp Vanilla</li><li>2 Tbsp milk</li><li>1/4 tsp salt</li><li>1 tsp baking soda</li><li>1/2 cup baking cocoa<br /></li><li>1 3/4 cups flour</li><li>2 cups chocolate chips</li></ul>Mix the butter and sugars until creamy. This recipe is pretty simple and it's very delicious! You'll need:<br /><ul><li>1 cup shortening</li><li>1 cup sugar</li><li>2 large eggs</li><li>4 1/2 cups flour</li><li>2 tsp Baking Powder</li><li>1/2 tsp salt</li><li>1/4 cup milk</li></ul><ul><li>1/2 cup filling (Jam, preserves, fruit butter, chocolate, what ever you want)</li><li>1 large egg yolk<br /></li><li>2 Tbsp milk</li><li>2 Tbsp powdered sugar<br /></li></ul>Mix the shortening and sugar till fluffy. Add the two eggs. In a separate bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt. add the dry mixture to the sugar mixture and then add the 1/4 cup milk to it. Mix until smooth.<br /><br />Now take the dough and you can either put it in wax paper to do this, or just on the counter, and roll it into a 32" snake. then cut 1" pieces out of it. You should have 32 little circles, place them on a cookie sheet and let them chill for about an hour.<br /><br />Take them out of the fridge (again you can put the dough in wax paper, but it does work on the counter as well) and shape each circle into an equally big rectangle (about 4x6).<br /><br />Mix the egg yolk, 2 Tbsp powdered sugar, and 2 Tbsp milk.<br /><br />Then take two similarly big rectangles and cover one with your filling of choice and then lay the other on on top of it. Take a fork and press the edges closed. Then brush the pop tart with the mixture and lay it on a cookie sheet (spray the cookie sheet with oil before placing anything on it). Do this will all remaining rectangles. This should give you 16 pop tarts.<br /><br />Bake them at <span style="font-weight: bold;">350 for 20-25</span> minutes. Place on cooling rack for about 15 minutes, and then enjoy!<br /><br />For frosting: mix 4 oz powdered sugar with 2 Tbsp whole milk and brush onto pop tart!<br /><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-weight: bold;"><span style="font-size:180%;">ENJOY!</span></span><br /></div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-79156018388324681062010-04-01T09:31:00.001-07:002010-04-01T09:36:59.789-07:00German Pancakes<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzQdZlBSKfDZ6ZsfdGYnXXYw-l2F-XhL3fA_0PGZsldz7YRjVBW2vAaVvotLJnn9Nb5S36vGC9J9A170pJsvcmr7JZXsD7x7N1Iupgwz-Jswud2LkGAV3Qtm7aC5uMZ99y5jnGxBjLZp5q/s1600/DSCN4597.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 160px; height: 120px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgzQdZlBSKfDZ6ZsfdGYnXXYw-l2F-XhL3fA_0PGZsldz7YRjVBW2vAaVvotLJnn9Nb5S36vGC9J9A170pJsvcmr7JZXsD7x7N1Iupgwz-Jswud2LkGAV3Qtm7aC5uMZ99y5jnGxBjLZp5q/s320/DSCN4597.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455208589751586882" border="0" /></a><br />These are one of my favorite things to have for breakfast, I don't think you can find a simpler recipe! I lived in Germany for 6 years, and not once did I have these, so I'm not sure why they are called German pancakes, but they are good. You'll need:<br /><ul style="font-weight: bold;"><li>1/2 cup milk</li><li>1/2 cup flour</li><li>2 eggs</li><li>1 Tbsp butter</li></ul>Preheat the oven to <span style="font-weight: bold;">425</span> and put the butter in your caserole or lasagna pan (usually 9 by 13) and put in the oven until melted, about 2-4 minutes.<br /><br />Mix the milk, flour and eggs. Put mixture in pan and in the oven for about 12-15 minutes. When you take it out of the oven it'll be big and puffy, but it'll flatten after a couple minutes. Serves about 2-4 people, depending on how hungry they are :)<br /><br />Serve with butter, syrup, powdered sugar, what ever you like!<br /><br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizlngxJ5ED6fDICogqpwyRQ4H91Y7wHDFg6_RXJMTrRVQkp2nwhkjdQW_nmcaFMd8J32bxD4Ptwsni1rdFE0JxAVlZqv9tLJR40ojujcUU0eyaE6FcyE6eAzc_pB3-0T8PThMphqGK3w4i/s1600/DSCN4598.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 178px; height: 133px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEizlngxJ5ED6fDICogqpwyRQ4H91Y7wHDFg6_RXJMTrRVQkp2nwhkjdQW_nmcaFMd8J32bxD4Ptwsni1rdFE0JxAVlZqv9tLJR40ojujcUU0eyaE6FcyE6eAzc_pB3-0T8PThMphqGK3w4i/s320/DSCN4598.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5455208603042718322" border="0" /></a><br /><div style="text-align: center;"><span style="font-size:180%;">ENJOY!</span><br /></div>Jessica Bryanhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06866955304632346922noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8599914161521552112.post-8252195401701070462010-03-27T11:09:00.000-07:002010-03-27T11:20:44.010-07:00Cinnamon Pull Aparts<a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhABwpU071W8N33tycajhyFRUvpl7tNWQRs32NmORfkhLNTyZ_LGsr9amupKEUcAdgoI2pHNvVmXt0egUGMt-X7NTffkukpDi_BLv3zwQfs23UukovGrS0ZKcpFx4i-NoP57Yo0Vkuq-l3A/s1600/DSCN4557.JPG"><img style="display: block; margin: 0px auto 10px; text-align: center; cursor: pointer; width: 196px; height: 147px;" src="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhABwpU071W8N33tycajhyFRUvpl7tNWQRs32NmORfkhLNTyZ_LGsr9amupKEUcAdgoI2pHNvVmXt0egUGMt-X7NTffkukpDi_BLv3zwQfs23UukovGrS0ZKcpFx4i-NoP57Yo0Vkuq-l3A/s320/DSCN4557.JPG" alt="" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5453378010244539714" border="0" /></a><br />These are delicious and pretty simple to make. The method is similar to <a href="http://lapatisseriejessica.blogspot.com/2010/03/easy-white-bread.html">easy white bread. </a>You'll need:<br /><ul><li>3 cups of flour</li><li>1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast</li><li>1 1/4 cups milk</li><li>1 Tbsp butter</li><li>1 Tbsp sugar</li><li>1 tsp salt</li></ul><br /><ul><li>1/4 cup Butter</li><li>2 Tbsp cinnamon</li><li>6 Tbsp sugar<br /></li></ul>warm the butter, milk, sugar and salt until about 110-120 degrees. In kitchen mixer mix 1 1/2 cups of flour with the yeast. Then slowly add the milk mixture. Mix on low for 30 second and then medium for 3 minutes. Then slowly add the remaining flower.<br /><br />Put the dough in an oiled boil and spray the dough with oil as well, cover with plastic wrap and let sit in a warm place till double, about 60 minutes.<br /><br />Punch the dough down and let rest for 10 minutes.<br /><br />Then melt the butter (microwave for 1 minute). Mix the 2 Tbsp cinnamon with the 6 Tbsp sugar.<br /><br />Take the dough and form about 1 inch balls dip them in the butter until fully covered and then roll them in the cinnamon till fully covered. Put them in a round pan (I use a 12").
