Bon Appetit!

I love to bake and my life long dream is to one day open up my own bakery/ patisserie. I love to make little pastries and I'm always looking for ways to improve my recipes. When I was younger my mom always let me help her in the kitchen so I learned some of my skills there. But it's probably also in my blood. My great-grandpa had a bakery and my grandma worked in a bakery and I've tried to gain as much knowledge as I can from her. So here I'm just going to collect my recipes and see what people think! Who ever is reading this I hope they enjoy it.
