snickerdoodles


This recipe is really easy, my 14 month old daughter helps me make them!

  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
Beat the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla till creamy. Add milk. Mix the cream of tartar, baking soda and flour together and then slowly mix the wet mixture to the dry.

Form little 1" balls and roll them in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on baking sheet.

Bake at 375 FOR 6-8 minutes. Let rest on baking sheet for about 2 minutes and then eat or store in air tight container.
